Merthyr Cluster - Web Design

The Merthyr Cluster website was created to unite local GP practices and healthcare providers under a shared digital platform. Its purpose is to improve signposting, raise awareness of local health initiatives, and make it easier for residents to access support. The design combines clarity, accessibility, and warmth to reflect the community focus of the cluster while supporting its goal of delivering co-ordinated, patient-centred care.
