As one of the largest GP surgeries in Wales, providing care for over 20,000 patients, Morlais Health are leading the way in providing high-quality healthcare to all their patients. We were approached to create a website and marketing strategy that extended the offering of the GP practices by providing more information to patients online. With such a large patient base, Morlais Health wanted to improve customer service, reduce wait times, and offer a platform that guides patients to the right healthcare professionals for their treatment. The website is rich with features, including online prescription management and appointment booking. This significantly reduces the admin time for care co-ordinators whilst improving customer service by reducing the amount of unnecessary phone calls. The website has been built to allow for quick updates to be distributed on key pages and the blog. We also provide ongoing social media management and marketing support to help patients stay informed about the latest health initiatives, opening times and community guidelines. Morlais Health Centres investment in their web presence has received regional recognition and they continue to receive glowing reviews through review platforms and social media.
