To establish direction, we started with extensive competitor research, looking into parallel industries in the process. Drawing inspiration from other auction platforms, combined with leading social platforms, we progressed into mood boarding and conceptual workshops.
Buyer and seller personas were mapped out, allowing us to sense check design and strategy against actual use cases. The chosen brand is playful, eye catching, colourful. It has a subtle cheeky tone of voice which flows through into the choice of imagery and headline messaging.
